Annotation:

Mathematical models of immune mediated disorders provide an analytic framework in which we can address specific questions concerning disease immune dynamics and the choice of treatment. We propose a novel mathematical model that describes the immunopathogenic dynamics in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
