On the approximation properties of Cesaro means of negative order of double Vilenkin-Fourier series

We estabilish approximation properties of Cesaro means of double Vilenkin-Fourier series. This redult allows one to obtain a condition which is necessary and sufficient for the convergence of the Cesaro means to the function in the L_p metric.
