The module of the automatic processing of the textual information for the Georgian GeWordNet thesaurus

We will discuss the semi-automatic formation of Georgian GeWordNet-'s database. The basic idea is to replace English synonym sets (Synset) with Georgian equivalents. At the same time, the semantic network structure has to be kept. In some cases, such substitution can made automatically. We use the Princeton's English WordNet as an initial database. In the report we will be discuss and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of this approach.
