Optimal regime of regulation of 115(1) y Nocardiophsis dassonvillei destructive activity

Annotation:
The influence of combined effect of ultraviolet radiation (UV), ionic and non-ionic detergents, radiation and detergent has been studied on the destructive activity of 115(1) y Nocardiophsis dessonvillei cells. Dynamics of different concentrations of selected detergent has been shown. Lethal dose (LD50) of UV radiation, Inhibitory concentration of detergent (IC50) and optimal time of incubation with the cells has been established. After the combined action of LD50/IC50 on 115(1) y Nocardiophsis dessonvillei cells, optimal regime for reduction of the destructive activity of the strain has been identified, on the basis of alteration of some functional characteristics.
