Analysis of achieving hole conductivity in wide bangap oxides

By means of Kroger method of quasi-chemical equations thermodynamical analysis defects and carriers concentrational equilibrium is performed for GaO, CuCrO3 wide bandgap oxides. The reason of difficulties of obtaining hole conductivity is discussed.
