Separation of chiral compound’s enantiomers is very important due to fact, that often enantiomers have different physiological effect. High performance Liquid Chromatography is most widely used method for separation of enantiomers. Despite the fact, that there are described many chiral stationary phases, still it is not easy task to find chiral selector capable to separate wide range of compounds. Polysaccharide based chiral selectors are mostly used to prepare chiral stationary phases.
