In order to study the influence of electronic substitutes in indolization reaction (Associate Prof. Ioseb Chikvaidze and his team) was implemented the indolization reaction by using acetophenone (1) and its (2-9) phenylhydazone derivatives in different condensational area. It is shown that the best pathway of condensation reaction is PPA and its ethyl ester. In the area of ethanol in presence of sulfuric acid or acetic acid, also a dry hydrochloride in ethanol area cause to form full resin in a reaction mixture. The new bis-spiroqromenes on the bases of benzopiroloindoles have been synthesized and studied their photochromic properties. The aim of our research work was to carry out the comparative description in photochromic properties for previously synthesized bis-spirochromenes. As a research object by us have been selected previously synthesized Fished bases bis-analogue 1,4,5,8-tetrahydro-1,1,8,8-tetramethyl-2,7-dimethyldipirolo [1,2,3-d,e:3,2,1-i,j]benzo [g]quinoxaline (4). Its further transformations have been obtained new spirochromenes. The influence of solvent on the stereo selectivity and output has been studied for Ugi reaction. The initial components as an acid were taken L-alanine, (S)-P- methoxyphenyl ethylamine, trimethylacetaldehyde and methyl-2-izocianoacetate. As the solvents were used methanol, 2,2,2-trifluorethanole and dichloromethane. It is ascertained that the target product was obtained in the area of dichloromethane, but the change of solvents do not have significant influence on the stereo selectivity.
