Coefficient of Anthropogenic pressure reaches: 0,7-0,9, while optimally used land is extremely limited, so coefficient of anthropogenic pressure is acceptable not more then 0,4-0,5. Here in region developed a lot of dangerous geological processes like: Avalanche, downpour, erosion, mudflows, sea erosion. This disasters inflict huge material looses and take lifes of region residents. There are limited areas of lands so people have to occupy more dangerous Engineering geodynamical areas, which increase probability of activation natural disasters. in turn this geological processes reduce suitable areas of lands.
