Our experiment was held by the help of HPLC. The aim of experiment is to create fast, cheap and effective method of the preparative separation of enantiomers. We carried out analysis using 2-(Benzylsulfinyl)benzamide. We tested 3 chiral selectors: cellulose tris(4-methylbenzoate), cellulose tris(3,5- dimethylphenylcarbamate) and cellulose tris(4-chloro-3-methylphenylcarbamate). We tested polymer and adsorbent. Polymer is a chiral selector and adsorbent is wide porous silica. The certain amount of polymer is coated on the wide porous silica. We carried out analysis using ACN and the mixture of n-Hexane and isopropanol-70/30 (v/v). Optimised conditions were obtained when we used: ACN as a mobile phase; Cellulose_1 as a chiral selector and polymer. Better results were obtained while using 0,5g polymer than using 0,1-0,3g polymer. Future plans are to find out the mechanism of adsorption and to elaborate an enantiospecific process, which will allow to remove only one enantiomer from the racemate and the second enantiomer will stay pure in the solution
